My father, (Late) Muhammad Yasin Khan, was a visionary entrepreneur, who invested his life- long
earnings in real estate located in the suburbs of Karachi. These 1980s suburbs of Karachi are today known as Yaseenabad. It was his future outlook that motivated this investment and the fact that success to him was never in the value he created for himself but in the value he created for the people around him.

It was the same guiding principle of value creation, which was followed to deliver projects such as
Gulshan-e-Shamim, Shamim Sky Towers, Shamim Skyline, Shamim Arcade, Shamim Towers and
various others which adorn the skyline of Karachi.

Today, I intend to keep on developing iconic properties in our beloved city and creating long- lasting value for my customers and the community at large. With this in mind, I have launched UD Builders and I am immensely proud to announce its signature project – UD Courtyard.
